NEW CITY KIDS VBS

VBS - August 11-15

The race is on! We will be going on a journey to learn about what it takes to follow the One Way...Jesus!

Please join us for a time in God's Word, fun recreational activities, delicious snacks, worship with music, and arts and crafts.

The program will be from 9am-12:30pm, Monday-Friday. Parents are welcome to join for the closing worship session on Friday at 12pm noon.

Cost will be $10 per child or $25 per family. Ages are from children going into Sr Kindergarten to children going into Grade 5.

Please read the following before signing up:

  • Every precaution will be taken to keep your child safe and in good health. However, some sports and activities carry the risk of personal injury during the program at New City Church Newmarket.

    1. I/We understand and accept these risks and agree that by allowing my child to participate in those activities, they may be taking part in an activity that presents the potential of a personal injury.

    2. In the case of an emergency, I/we, the parents/guardians listed above, authorize the Children’s Ministry Coordinator or one of New City Church’s Ministry Personnel to:

    - Sign a consent for medical treatment; and to authorize any physician or hospital to provide medical assessment, treatment or procedures for the participant named above.

    3. I/We do not hold New City Church Newmarket liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the participant because of partaking in the activities of New City Church Newmarket, as well as any medical treatment made by Ministry Personnel representing New City Church, in the event of an emergency, during this New City Kids VBS program.

  • During New City Kids VBS, pictures and videos may be taken by fully screened volunteers, with the sole objective to show a video presentation at the end of camp and possibly during a Sunday morning service. The pictures/videos will not be used for any other purpose.

  • The person you are authorizing for drop off and pick up MUST be at least 18 years of age and MUST have the pick-up tag in physical or digital form.
